Merlot

A rich, smooth red with easy tannins, medium oak and a soft finish.  Full bodied with intense flavors of blackberry, black cherry, and plum.  Hints of vanilla and mocha.  Pairs well with beef, lamb, venison, and pasta with red sauces.
