Forest Rose

A dry rosé composed of a unique blend of Merlot, Chambourcin, and Petit Verdot from our Cottontown Road vineyard and Saperavi grapes from our friends at nearby Grassy Mountain Vineyard. Light pink in color with a tangerine hue, this wine has notes of strawberry and ripe raspberry, and a zip in the taste with cherries. Try with grilled pork chops with apricot sauce or grilled salmon.
