Chardonnay Chene

A creamy buttery aromatic profile is enhanced by ripe pear and hints of wildflowers.  Opulent on the palate, with rich soft layers of apple, pear and lemon that are wrapped by toast and vanilla from the fermentation in oak and aging in steel.  A classic old world styled Chardonnay with a long, elegant finish.  Pairs well with lobster, shrimp, crab, scallops, salmon (and other fish), chicken, turkey, and pasta with white sauces.
