Cabernet Sauvignon 2022

A medium bodied dry red wine with a balance of acidity and tannins and a blend of flavors. Notes of cherry and light spice with hints of black cherry, tobacco and cedar on the palate. Pairs well with grilled beef and bison as well as roasted lamb with rosemary herbs and with aged cheeses.
